It's a simple story really. I was overweight pretty much all my life. Not too overweight but around 20lbs I'd say. Enough for it to affect my health, my attitude and ultimately, my life. I like so many others was sick and tired of being overweight. I didn't feel good about myself and was looking for a fool proof way to lose the weight and keep it off. 

 

I had gone through all the diets available today and even signed up for the gym. Well as most experience, the gym only works if you stay consistent with it! In today's world, most live a very busy lifestyle. Between work, school, taking care of your kids, etc, it doesn't leave too much free time to get to the gym.
